San Francisco, 2 Nights
Next stop is San Francisco for a two-night stay. Bed down at the Handlery Union Square Hotel or Pickwick Hotel San Francisco. Both are surrounded by no end of museums (including the Museum of Ice Cream) so prepare yourself for enlightenment! It’s essential you see the awe-inspiring Golden Gate Bridge – an iconic piece of architecture and symbol of the city. Walk along the water’s edge and marvel at its size or hike or cycle along its 1.7 mile span. If you have time, why not visit the famous Alcatraz Island and take a tour around the former prison and lighthouse? Other sites to see include Nob Hill, the Ferry Building and Pier 49 – so you’ll be spoilt for choice with how to spend your time!
Las Vegas, 3 Nights
Last up on your lofty tour is ‘Sin City’, Las Vegas; prepare yourself for the glitz and glamour, sights, and sounds of the gambling capital of the world!
