Sardinia is the destination where everyone will want to go this summer
Most Italians who are closed at home during this period are looking forward to going out. One of the things we miss most are travel. So much so that most are already thinking about summer holidays. At least will we be able to do them?
According to a recent survey conducted by Portale Sardegna on a sample of Italian travelers, it is clear that most of our compatriots have the desire and desire to travel, despite the current situation.
The survey points out that only 7% of respondents plan not to leave for the summer holidays at all, of which the majority (83%) for reasons related to the Coronavirus emergency. In fact, 59% of these people who have already decided to give up their summer holidays believe that travel restrictions will still be in force.
Among the optimists on the future situation, however, who expect – with more or less certainty – to take their holidays this summer, 96% aim to stay in Italy, and among these, 82% indicate Sardinia among the most popular destinations. likely for their summer vacation.
Sardinia is therefore the destination where everyone will want to go this summer. At least those who leave.
In anticipation of all these summer arrivals, the largest entrepreneurial realities of the entire Sardinian tourism chain are already thinking about an effective action plan, in order to ensure that Sardinia is a safe island, while minimizing sources of concern also for the local population.
The planned interventions include the reorganization of the catering service, mandatory spacing, constant sanitization of all environments and the use of personal protective equipment by staff. These guarantees of hygienic-sanitary safety would make Italians even more inclined to choose Sardinia as a destination for their summer holidays. A destination where to spend a holiday immersed in a breathtaking territory but, above all, in a constant condition of safety and therefore of tranquility.
Whether you choose the north of the Costa Smeralda, the south of Teulada or the Costa Rei, the wild Sulcis or the islands of the Maddalena archipelago, it doesn’t matter: Sardinia is an island that contains some of the environments that you find traveling for the world. There are some Caribbean beaches and others similar to those found in the Indian Ocean, there is a wild hinterland like that of Costa Rica and archaeological sites as found in Africa, there are Spanish towers along the entire coast and cities whose center is an intertwining of narrow alleys as seen in the North African medinas. What need is there to go elsewhere when a single island includes all this?
