PORTO ISTANA BEACH

In the north-eastern part of the Costa Smeralda the magnificent beach of Porto Istana extends. Soft white sand bathed in crystal clear water. The bay rises at the foot of Capo Ceraso a promontory in Murta Maria (a hamlet of Olbia).

Porto Istana is composed of 4 beaches separated by rock formations and framed in the typical Mediterranean scrub made of small shrubs such as cistus, arbutus and olive.
the rich seabed and crystal clear water make it an ideal destination for snorkeling and diving enthusiasts.
along the northern coast there are the popular beaches of Pittulongu, Pellicano and the smaller Rocce Sea, even further on the beach of Bados.
