It has been a long time since I opened Karon Cafe’ back in 1989. It was the first internationally owned outpost for weary foreign travelers to relax and enjoy natural beach and international food. Of the few other foreigners who opened businesses back then, we are proud to be the only one still operating and continue to view the challenge of providing high quality Fresh Food at reasonable prices as our goal We are pleased to have the opportunity to serve you.
Since we opened in 1989, many of our kitchen staff have remained with us over these 28 years. And over the last 20 years I’ve invited 5 Guest Executive Chefs work with us and share their knowledge. They have each left a Signature Dish or two with us. We Thank our team for their dedicated professionalism helping to make this menu our best ever. We hope you enjoy 🙂

Value – We focus on providing not only outstanding Food and Friendly service, but also we like our Guests to feel comfortable using our service every day 🙂
Quality – First we start with Best Ingredients, such as Airflown Dry Aged Fresh Chilled Australian Prime Steer Beef. Then we make almost everything homemade. For example: our Fresh Fruit Preserves at our breakfast buffet, Hot Fudge and other Fresh Fruit dessert toppings. Even most of our Thai sauces are homemade And at breakfast please don’t forget to notice we have Fresh Fruit Juice options. And now we feature home baked whole grain breads as well.
Healthy – We use low sugar recipes when possible. We minimize salt, oil, and never use MSG. We also offer more Vegetarian and even a couple Vegan options.
We pride ourselves in operating a professional kitchen at international standards We use use top quality environmentally friendly Ecolab products for sterilization. We invite Guests to inspect our kitchen and stock at any time.
